Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 May 2026

1. General

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Petal & Pestle website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products

All products are handcrafted in small batches. While we take every care to ensure consistency, slight natural variations in colour, scent, or texture may occur. This is normal for handmade products.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times depend on your location. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full process.

7. Allergies & Sensitivities

All ingredients are listed on product pages. If you have known allergies, please perform a patch test before full use. We are not liable for reactions to correctly listed ingredients.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product formulations — is the property of Petal & Pestle Organics and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petal & Pestle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
