Returns Policy
We want your order to arrive correctly and feel considered. If something is wrong, tell us quickly so we can help:
- Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
- Damaged items — contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace free of charge.
- Wrong item received — we'll send the correct product and cover return postage.
- Routine concerns — if a product does not feel right for your routine, email us and we will help with usage guidance or the best next step.

Packaging
All orders are packed in recyclable materials — recycled cardboard boxes, compostable tissue, and paper tape. We avoid plastic wherever possible.
